رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ، با هماهنگی میزبان / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی مانعی ندارد / در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد/ ورود با کفش ممنوع است / به افراد مجرد فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود / برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در روز های معمولی یک روز قبل و برای ایام تعطیلات وعید نوروز از یک هفته قبل اقدام نمایید .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
