رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) 2 نفر الزامیست / اجاره فقط به خانواده / به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / کودکان زیر 4 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / برپایی جشن و مهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه هزینه برعهده میهمان است / ویلا تمیز تحویل داده و تمیز تحویل گرفته می شود / بخش موزیک با صدای بلند و سرو صدای زیاد مخصوصا ساعت 10 شب به بعد اکیدا ممنوع / رعایت فرهنگ و آداب روستانشینی و همسایگان نشانه یک سفر مسئولانه و خوش است / استفاده از منقل زغالی سیار در ویلا اکیدا ممنوع است / باررزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت 2 شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت 7 شب است / درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی حداقل از 2 روز و حداکثر یک هفته قبل نیز امکان پذیر است / جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام نوروز از یک ماه قبل اقدام شود / این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود .

For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
