در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی مهمان امکان کنسلی وجود ندارد / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / اجاره به خانواده / همراه داشتن مدرک محرمیت برای زوجین الزامی است / کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دربافت نمی شود / برپایی جشن و مهمانی با هماهنگی میزبان / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است . _ میهمانان عزیز جهت یک سفر خوش و مسئولانه رعایت فرهنگ و آداب روستا نشینی و سرو صدا در ساعات شبانگاهی ، 12 بامداد الزامیست . _ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد . _ حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت یک ماه است . _ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 12 بامداد می باشد . _ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و یک روز قبل نیز امکان پذیر است . _ جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی 3 روز قبل و نوروز از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود . _ حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام تعطیلات و آخر هفته دو شب می باشد . _ این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود .

For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s check in time on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
