ویلایی در چم خلیفه سامان این منزل مبله با متراژ 250 با دو اتاق خواب، دو تخته دو نفره و یک عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک پتو بالشت) در طبقه همکف واقع شده است. سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و حمام به صورت مجزا و در داخل ساختمان تعبیه شده است.

برای رزرو این اقامتگاه یک هفته قبل اقدام شود/اجاره فقط به خانواده / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع /ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
