رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل و اینترنت این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول بسیار خوب است/ آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 23 می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر 2 هفته قبل می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / کلید درب ورودی اقامتگاه تحویل میهمان داده می شود.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
