رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل و اینترنت این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل خوب است/ رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 22 می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر یک هفته قبل می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / کلید درب ورودی اقامتگاه تحویل میهمان داده می شود /حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد/در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد/در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافرعودت داده نمی‌شود. قابل توجه مهمانان گرامی رزرو هایی که از 1 یا 2 ماه قبل انجام می شود امکان هیچ گونه کنسلی ندارد و کل مبلغ کثر می شود

For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
