پاسخ میزبان به درخواست رزرو این اقامتگاه در تاریخ ورود میباشد / رعایت نظافت الزامی است/ کارت شناسایی ملی (هوشمند) الزامی است/ ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامی است /برپایی جشن مهمانی ممنوع / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است/ استعمال دخانیات( سیگار و قلیان...) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس و حیاط مانعی ندارد/ کودک زیر5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی و ماهیانه می باشد/ تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد/ برای رزرو در عید نوروز و تعطیلات باید از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود/ حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد/در ایام عید نوروز و تعطیلات در هر شرایطی در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافر عودت نمی شود.
