این اقامتگاه در شهر پله کانی ماسوله واقع شده است که از مسیر پارکینگ تا اقامتگاه شامل 15 پله می باشد
از سری امکانات این اقامتگاه:
سیستم سرمایشی و گرمایشی در سالن از نوع اسپیلت بوده و در اتاق بخاری برقی سیار قرار داده شده است
