منزل ویلایی در زرهی شیراز با متراژ کل 330 متر و زیربنا 200 متر در طبقه اول با 16 پله به همراه محافظ ، واقع شده است.

رعایت نظافت الزامیست / به همراه داشتن کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) کارت ملی الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی بلامانع است / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ، فقط با هماهنگی میزبان / کودکان زیر 10 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان ) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه مانعی ندارد / ورود باکفش ممنوع است / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه هزینه برعهده میهمان است / مدت زمان اجاره این واحد اقامتی به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه است / حداقل مدت اقامت 2 شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت 30 شب می باشد / برای رزرو در ایام عیدنوروز ، تعطیلات و آخر هفته از 1 روز قبل اقدام نمایید / امکان تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد / حداقل رزرو در ایام عیدنوروز ، تعطیلات و آخرهفته 2 روز می باشد / در ایام نوروز ، تعطیلات و لغو رزرو طبق شرایط کنسلی سایت پذیرفته است .

If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
