در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی مهمان امکان کنسلی وجود ندارد / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ، فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در حیاط یا تراس مانعی ندارد / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است ولی در حیاط مانعی ندارد / کودک زیر 3 سال هزینه دریافت نمی گردد / ورود با کفش ممنوع است / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه هزینه برعهده میهمان است. - مدت زمان اجاره این خانه سنتی به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه است. - حداقل مدت اقامت 1 شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت 90 شب می باشد. - امکان تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد. - برای رزرو در روزهای معمولی از یک هفته قبل ، آخرهفته ، تعطیلات و ایام عیدنوروز از 2 هفته قبل اقدام نمایید. - حداقل رزرو در ایام عیدنوروز ، تعطیلات و آخرهفته یک شب می باشد. - در ایام عیدنوروز ، تعطیلات و آخرهفته در صورت لغو ، کنسلی ندارد.

For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listing’s local check in time) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
