قیمت همراه با صبحانه می باشد / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی هوشمند) الزامیست / ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومیهمانی با هماهنگی میزبان (ظرفیت میهمانان باید از قبل مشخص شود)/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است (ولی در باکس و در حیاط اقامتگاه مانعی ندارد) / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در حیاط مانعی ندارد/ کودک زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان می باشد/ ورود به داخل اقامتگاه با کفش ممنوع است / مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه می باشد / حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت ماهیانه می باشد / تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد / برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام عید نوروز از دو هفته قبل ، تعطیلات تقویمی از یک هفته قبل باید اقدام شود/ در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی ، 7 روز مانده به ورود مسافر 50 درصد مبلغ رزرو ،3 روز مانده به ورود مسافر 30 درصد ، 2 روز مانده به ورود 20 درصد مبلغ رزرو عودت داده می شود ، در صورت کمتر از 2 روز هیچ مبلغی به مسافر عودت داده نمی‌شود.

For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s check in time on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
