همراه داشتن کارت ملی یا شناسنامه هر یک از مسافران الزامی می باشد / در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی مهمان امکان کنسلی وجود ندارد / ورود هر نوع حیوان خانگی به فضا و محیط اقامتگاه به ویژه سگ ، به جهت جلوگیری از انتقال بیماری ها به حیوانات دیگر ممنوع می باشد / از جا به جایی وسایل موجود در اقامتگاه و تغییر مکان آنها خودداری فرمایید / به هنگام خروج ، درب های آهنی اول و دوم به جهت پیشگیری از ورود و خروج حیوانات به باغ و محوطه بسته شود / در زمان خروج از ویلا کولر و لامپ ها را خاموش و پس از اطمینان از بسته بودن همه شیرهای آب و گاز ، ضمنا از آتش روشن کردن خودداری فرمایید / صرفه جویی در مصرف آب چشمه به لحاظ محدودیت منابع / بستن درب ورودی اتاق ویلا برای پیشگیری از ورود حشرات و از توری پنجره ها برای تهویه هوای اتاق استفاده نمایید / در زمان استفاده از کولر درب و پنجره ها بسته باشد / از آماده سازی قلیان بر روی گاز خوراک پزی خودداری نموده و از فضای بیرونی ویلا برای استعمال انواع دخانیات استفاده شود / زباله ها را در داخل سطل زباله بزرگ قرار دهید و از ریختن هر نوع زباله در اطراف ویلا و مسیر کوچه خودداری فرمایید / لطفا در طول اقامت فقط از فضای محصور شده حیاط ویلا استفاده نمایید و بدون هماهنگی از وارد شدن به باغ و املاک اطراف خودداری فرمایید / در اوقات مختلف شب و روز نگهبانان و کارگران مزرعه و ویلا جهت غذادهی به حیوانات و نیز حفاظت از مجموعه اقامتگاه در اطراف آن حضور خواهند داشت(لطفا همکاری فرمایید) / از روشن کردن منقل در زیر و حاشیه درختان و مجاورت ویلا خودداری فرموده و در فضای باز از منقل استفاده نمایید / به دلیل محدود بودن ظرفیت ویلا ، پذیرش تعداد بیش از حد مجاز امکان پذیر نمی باشد / حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب و حداکثر رزرو این اقامتگاه یک ماه می باشد / آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 10 شب می باشد / درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی حداکثر از یک ماه قبل و حداقل 2 روز قبل امکان پذیر است .

For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s check in time on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
