این منزل مبله با متراژ 95 متر دارای یک اتاق خواب ، 10 عدد کف خواب سنتی (پتو و بالشت) در طبقه سوم با 32 پله و فاقد آسانسور واقع شده است.

رعایت نظافت الزامی است/ کارت شناسایی ملی (هوشمند) الزامی است/ ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامی است /برپایی جشن مهمانی ممنوع / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / استعمال دخانیات( سیگار و قلیان...) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس و حیاط مانعی ندارد/ کودک زیر6 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد/ تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد/ برای رزرو در عید نوروز و تعطیلات باید از هفته قبل اقدام شود/ در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافر عودت داده نمی‌شود/حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
