.منزل ویلایی مبله با متراز 180 متر و زیر بنای 140 متر که دارای 2 اتاق خواب میباشد و در هر اتاق سرویس خواب دو نفره وجود دارد.

در صورت کنسلی در ایام نوروز 50 درصد مبلغ عودت داده می شود / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی با هماهنگی با میزبان است.
_ قابل توجه میهمانان عزیز سپنجا این اقامتگاه به هیچ عنوان در شرایط عادی و ایام نوروز شرایط لغو رزرو ندارد لذا قبل از واریز از درخواست و سفر خود اطمینان حاصل فرمایید .
_ کودکان زیر 5 سال شامل هزینه نمی شود
_ حداقل رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی یک شب می باشد .
_ مدت زمان اجاره این ویلا به صورت روزانه،هفتگی و ماهیانه می باشد.
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 12 شب می باشد .
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
