رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) / ارائه مدارک محرمیت برای زوج ها الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در حیاط بلامانع )
_ در صورت استعمال دخانیات در واحد و آسیب زدن به وسایل واحد از سوی مدیریت جریمه ای در نظر گرفته خواهد شد.
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک ماه و یک هفته قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ امکان تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
