خانه سنتی ( بادام و گردو ) در روستای روئین - اسفراین - خراسان شمالی با متراژ 350 متر دارای 3 باب اتاق 15 متر در طبقه همکف واقع شده است .

اجاره فقط به خانواده / اجاره به زوجین / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است .
_ اقامت برای کودکان کمتر از 2 سال رایگان و برای کودکان 2 تا 10 سال نیم بها محاسبه می‌گردد.
_ صبحانه ، ناهار و شام به درخواست گردشگران سرو می شود.
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 12 بامداد می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک ماه و یک هفته قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت پارت تایم ، روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
