رعایت نظافت الزامی است/کارت شناسایی ملی (هوشمند) الزامی است/ ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامی است /برپایی جشن مهمانی با هماهنگی میزبان / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / استعمال دخانیات( سیگار و قلیان) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در حیاط مانعی ندارد/ کودک زیر 7 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود/ در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد / ورود با کفش به داخل اقامتگاه ممنوع است / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد/ حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت ماهیانه می باشد/ تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد/ برای رزرو درایام عید نوروز و تعطیلات باید از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود/ در ایام عید نوروز و تعطیلات در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافر عودت داده نمی‌شود.

For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
