ویلا کوهستانی در فیلبند - مازندران به متراژ کل 400 متر و زیربنای 75 متر دارای 2 اتاق خواب و سرویس خواب سنتی ( پتو - بالش - تشک ) به تعداد 8 نفر در طبقه همکف با ویو جنگل ابر واقع شده است .

رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / کودکان زیر 7 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در تراس بلامانع ) است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
_ حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت یک ماه است .
_ تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و 3 روز قبل نیز امکان پذیر است .
_ حداقل رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی دو شب می باشد .
_ جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی و نوروز از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود .
_ در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات لغو رزرو طبق شرایط کنسلی سایت پذیرفته است .
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
