حداقل رزرو 2 روز می باشد / اجاره فقط به خانواده / اجاره به زوجین / به مجرد (آقا) اجاره داده نمیشود / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع /ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد.
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
