رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / برپایی جشن و مهمانی با هماهنگی میزبان الزامیست / از کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه هزینه به عهده میهمان می باشد / امکان تحویل 24 ساعته کلید به میهمان وجود دارد / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت یک ماه می باشد / این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود

Cancellation policies
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
