رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / کودکان زیر 10 سال هزینه دربافت نمی شود / برپایی جشن و مهمانی با تعداد کم ( 4 نفر ) و هماهنگی بلامانع / ویلا تمیز تحویل داده و تمیز تحویل گرفته می شود ، در غیر این صورت مشمول پرداخت هزینه مجزا می باشد . _ قابل توجه میهمانان عزیز سپنجا این اقامتگاه به هیچ عنوان در شرایط عادی و ایام نوروز شرایط لغو رزرو ندارد لذا قبل از واریز از درخواست و سفر خود اطمینان حاصل فرمایید . _ حداقل رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی یک شب می باشد . _برای رزرو در ایام عید نورورز باید از 10 روز قبل اقدام شود. _ حداقل مدت زمان درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان از دو روز قبل امکان پذیر است . _ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد . _ تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد . داشتن کارت ملی الزامی است. همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است.ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست .استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است . رعایت نظافت الزامی است.

For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listing’s local check in time) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
