قیمت همراه با صبحانه است / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن مدرک محرمیت برای زوجین الزامی است / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی در باکس بلامانع / به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود / کودکان زیر 8 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / برپایی جشن و مهمانی با هماهنگی میزبان / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در حیاط بلامانع ) است / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه هزینه برعهده میهمان است / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت 3 شب است / تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد / درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی حداقل از یک روز و حداکثر یک هفته قبل نیز امکان پذیر است / جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام نوروز از یک ماه قبل اقدام شود / این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود .

Cancellation provisions(Moderate)
For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s check in time on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.

اقامتگاه خوبی بود.نظافتشم اوکی بود.از عکساش هم حتی بهتر بود.برخورد میزبان بسیار خوب بود.برای تجربه ی یک شبی که داشتیم باصبحانه ی فردا صبحش بسیارراضی بودیم
