حس خوبی که باید بهمون میداد رو نداد زیاد راضی نبودیم دیر وقت رسیده بودیم و توی سرویس بهداشتیشون مایع دستشویی نداشتن مجبور شدم برم تهیه کنم اون دوقت شب

با سلام. ضمن تشکر از مجموعه سپنجا در طول رزرو و اقامت، ذکر مواردی در خصوص واحد استفاده شده در محلات در ایام تعصیلات عید 1401 لازم و ضروری می باشد: - محل ساختمان و میزان دسترسی آن به نقاط مختلف شهری مناسب و جای آرامی بود. - متاسفانه تصاویر ارئه شده در سایت با واقعیت درون ساختمان مغایرت داشته که به شرح زیر اعلام میگردد: * نظافت کلی درون واحد مطلوب نبوده است. * سرویس بهداشتی فاقد مایع و یا صابون دستشوئی بود. * نظافت پتوها و بالشتهای واحد بسیار نامطلوب بود. * عدم استفاده از تلویزیون به علت مشکل در دریافت و آنتن * مایع ضرفشوئی عملاً به مقدار ناچیز و خالی بود. * یخچال واحد به نوعی کار میکرد که تمام طبقات معمولی آن مواد خوراکی را به حالت یخ زدگی کامل می رساند. امیدوارم نظرات ارائه شده در بهبود سرویسهای آینده تأثیر مثبت داشته باشد.
