باسلام، برخورد و پیگیری پرسنل سپنجا مناسب و قابل تقدیر بود، ما از طریق سایت واحد چهار خوابه رزرو کردیم ولی وقت مراجعه کوچک بودن واحد چهار خوابه تعجب برانگیز بود پنجره های اتاقها پرده نداشت بعد از اعتراض ما به واحد سه خوابه هدایت شدیم که در کمال تعجب از واحد چهار خوابه بزرگتر بود تمیزی قابل قبولی داشت ولی مشکل پارکینگ در این اقامتگاه وجود دارد و فقط به ازای هر واحد برای یک ماشین ظرفیت دارد که اونم اگه شانس بیارین و سقف سرویس هم در مدت چهار روزی که حضور داشتیم چکه میکرد و رفع هم نشد برخورد پرسنل قابل قبول بود.
