قیمت همرا با صبحانه می باشد /رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل و اینترنت این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل خوب است/ تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر یک روز قبل می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / کلید درب ورودی اتاق تحویل میهمان داده می شود /حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
