رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع /استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان.) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس و حیاط مانعی ندارد / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 23 می باشد / حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد/ برای رزرو در ایام عید نوروز و تعطیلات باید از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
