در صورت کنسلی از طرف مسافر در ایام عید نوروز 50 درصد مبلغ رزرو عودت داده می شود/ رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی هوشمند) الزامیست / کودک زیر 7 سال رایگان می باشد / برپایی جشن و میهمانی ممنوع/ ورود به داخل اقامتگاه با کفش ممنوع است/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در حیاط مانعی ندارد/ در صورت خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان می باشد / مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه می باشد / حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت ماهیانه می باشد / تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد .

In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
