منزل در روستای بهرغان - سپیدان با متراژ کل 120 متر و زیربنا 100 متر در طبقه زیرهمکف با 4 پله واقع شده است .
_ لازم به ذکر است میزبان نیز در طبقه همکف همین ساختمان ساکن است .

رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / اجاره فقط به خانواده / کودکان زیر 2 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه هزینه برعهده میهمان است / ورود با کفش ممنوع است / منزل تمیز تحویل داده و تمیز تحویل گرفته می شود / بابت هر تایم تاخیز از زمان تخلیه مشمول پرداخت هزینه مجزا می شوید / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت بدون محدودیت است / آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 12 بامداد می باشد / جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی و نوروز از دو روز قبل اقدام شود / این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
