مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد. در ایام عیدنوروز و تعطیلات در صورت لغو رزرو، هیچ مبلغی به مسافر عودت داده نمی شود. برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام عید نوروز باید از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود .
ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست.
برپایی جشن ممنوع است.
استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
