رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی هوشمند) الزامیست / ارائه مدرک محرمیت یا شناسنامه الزامیست / کودک زیر 3 سال رایگان می باشد / برپایی جشن و میهمانی ممنوع / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است ولی در باکس و در حیاط اقامتگاه مانعی ندارد/ ورود به داخل اقامتگاه با کفش ممنوع است/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس و حیاط مانعی ندارد/ در صورت خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان می باشد / مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت ده شب می باشد / برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام عید نوروز باید از 2 روز قبل اقدام شود/ در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافرعودت داده نمی‌شود.

For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
