رعایت نظافت الزامیست / در صورت رعایت نکردن نظافت ، هزینه ی نظافت از مسافر گرفته می شود / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / برپایی جشن و مهمانی ممنوع / ورود با کفش ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در تراس بلامانع ) است / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد /حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت 4 شب است / تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد/ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از یک هفته و یک روز قبل نیز امکان پذیر است/ جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی و نوروز از 10 روز قبل الی دو هفته قبل اقدام شود / در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات لغو رزرو طبق شرایط کنسلی سایت پذیرفته است / در ایام نوروز دو واحد با قیمت اعلام شده دربست اجاره داده میشود.

For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s check in time on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
