منزل ویلایی در سادات شهر رامسر این منزل ویلایی با متراژ 60 متر دارای 2 اتاق خواب، یک تخت دو نفره و یک تخت تک نفره و 5 عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک بالش پتو) در طبقه همکف واقع شده است.

حداقل رزرو 2 شب می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل و اینترنت این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول ، ایرانسل بسیار خوب است / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / امکان تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر یک هفته می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / کلید درب ورودی اقامتگاه تحویل میهمان داده می شود /ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
