برگزاری جشن به همراه صدای موزیک های بلند جایز نیست.
ارائه مدارک شناسایی و محرمیت الزامی است.
ورود اثاثیه حجیم و سنگین به ملک ممنوع است.
استفاده از وسایل و امکانات ملک، خارج از ملک ممنوع است.
اجازه ورود به فضای داخلی با کفش وجود ندارد.
روشن نمودن آتش ممنوع است.
ایجاد مزاحمت و سرو صدا ممنوع است.
افراد زیر 2 سال از پرداخت هزینه اقامت معاف بوده و افراد بین 2 تا 12 سال به صورت نیم بها و برای افراد بالای 12 سال نرخ به طور کامل محاسبه خواهد شد.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
