میهمانان عزیز جهت یک سفر خوش و مسئولانه رعایت فرهنگ و آداب روستا نشینی و سرو صدا در ساعات شبانگاهی ، 12 بامداد الزامیست،از ساعت 12 بامداد خاموشی است و در حیاط و محوطه خارجی امکان استفاده از باند نمی باشد ولی در ویلا با صدای کم قابل استفاده می باشد / ویلا تمیز تحویل داده و تمیز تحویل گرفته می شود ، در غیر این صورت مشمول پرداخت هزینه مجزا می باشد / میهمانان گرامی لطفا از پتو های روی تخت به عنوان زیرانداز استفاده ننمایید لذا در صورت مشاهده مشمول پرداخت جریمه می شوید / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت یک ماه است / درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی حداقل از یک روز و حداکثر یک هفته قبل نیز امکان پذیر است / جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام آخرهفته ، تعطیلات تقویمی و نوروز حداقل از 3 روز و حداکثر یک هفته قبل اقدام شود .
