ویلا ساحلی در شهید رجایی رامسر این ویلا با متراژ 400 متر دارای دو اتاق خواب دو تخت دو نفره و دو عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک بالش پتو) می باشد .
سیستم سرمایشی و گرمایشی این ویلا اسپیلت و بخاری گازی می باشد.

برای رزرو این باغ و ویلا حداکثر دو هفته قبل اقدام شود / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / امکان تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثریک ماه قبل می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / کلید درب ورودی اقامتگاه و ریموت تحویل میهمان داده می شود / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است/ در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
