به افراد مجرد در صورتی که کم جمعیت باشند اجاره داده می شود / برپایی جشن و مهمانی با هماهنگی میزبان و بدون دی جی / رعایت حقوق همسایگان و ایجاد هرگونه سر و صدا در حیاط ممنوع / ویلا تمیز تحویل داده و تمیز تحویل گرفته می شود / جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی و نوروز از 4 روز قبل اقدام شود / حداقل مدت اقامت در ایام آخرهفته و تعطیلات دو شب می باشد .
برپایی جشن با هماهنگی میزبان.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
