این اتاق بومگردی با متراژ 10 متر در پشت بام بومگردی با 10 پله در یک مجموعه بومگردی 280 متری واقع شده است.
امکانات رفاهی:
اتاق مجهز به سیستم سرمایشی و گرمایشی اسپلیت ، 2عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک-بالش-پتو) می باشد.

کودک جزء ظرفیت محسوب می شود/ مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت 7 شب می باشد / برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام عید نوروز باید از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود/ حداقل رزرو در ایام عید نوروز یک شب می باشد / در ایام عید نوروز در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافرعودت داده نمیشود.

برپایی جشن با هماهنگی میزبان.
استعمال دخانیات (سیگار یا قلیون) فقط در حیاط و محوطه خارجی مجاز است.
If the guest cancels 7 days or more before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded after deducting 15% of the total booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given for the booked nights. In case of early departure, the remaining nights are completely non-refundable.
