قیمت همراه با صبحانه است / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / به همراه داشتن کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) کارت ملی الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / برپایی جشن ومهمانی فقط با هماهنگی میزبان / کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمیشود / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار، قلیان ) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در حیاط یا تراس مانعی ندارد / ورود با کفش ممنوع است / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه هزینه برعهده میهمان است / مدت زمان اجاره این واحد اقامتی به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه است / حداقل مدت اقامت 1 شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت 90 شب می باشد / تحویل کلید تا ساعت 10 شب امکان پذیر است / برای رزرو در ایام عیدنوروز ، تعطیلات و آخرهفته از یک هفته قبل اقدام نمایید / حداقل رزرو در ایام عیدنوروز ، تعطیلات و آخرهفته 1 روز می باشد / قابل توجه میهمانان عزیز سپنجا این اقامتگاه به هیچ عنوان در شرایط عادی و ایام نوروز شرایط لغو رزرو ندارد لذا قبل از واریز از درخواست و سفر خود اطمینان حاصل فرمایید .

For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
