رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (ملی هوشمند) و کارت ماشین الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع /نگهداری حیوان خانگی در حیاط مشکلی ندارد ولی در داخل ویلا ممنوع است / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان.) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس و حیاط مانعی ندارد / کودکان زیر 10 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد/ ورود با کفش به داخل اقامتگاه ممنوع است/مدت زمان اجاره این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه می باشد/ حداقل مدت اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت ماهیانه می باشد/ تحویل کلید 24 ساعته می باشد/ برای رزرو این اقامتگاه در ایام عید نوروز باید از یک روز قبل اقدام شود/ در ایام عید نوروز و تعطیلات در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی به مسافر عودت داده نمی‌شود.

For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
