قیمت بدون صبحانه می باشد/ رعایت نظافت الزامیست/ کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست/ برپایی جشن ومهمانی ، فقط باهماهنگی میزبان/ به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در تراس و حیاط مانعی ندارد/ همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی در باکس یا حیاط مانعی ندارد/ کودکان زیر 5 هزینه دریافت نمی شود/ ورود با کفش ممنوع است/ در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده شده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان است. - مدت زمان اجاره این واحد به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه می باشد. - حداقل مدت 1 شب و حداکثر 30 شب می باشد. - امکان تحویل کلید تا ساعت 11 شب می باشد. - برای رزرو در روز های معمولی ، آخرهفته ، تعطیلات از 1 روز قبل و برای عید نوروز از 3 روز قبل اقدام نمایید. - حداقل مدت رزرو در ایام عیدنوروز ، تعطیلات و آخرهفته 1 روز می باشد. - در ایام عیدنوروز ، تعطیلات و آخرهفته در صورت لغو ، کنسلی ندارد.

For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Thursday of that week before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is non-refundable. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are 100% refunded.
