رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) به همراه کارت ماشین یا بیمه ماشین الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی با هماهنگی میزبان / به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود / ویلا تمیز تحویل داده و تمیز تحویل گرفته می شود ، در غیر این صورت مشمول پرداخت هزینه مجزا می باشد / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت 2 هفته است / آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 11 شب می باشد / درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی حداقل از یک روز و حداکثر یک هفته قبل نیز امکان پذیر است / جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی و نوروز از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود / این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود .

For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listing’s local check in time) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
