قیمت همراه با صبحانه ناهار و شام است / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع ، فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / اجاره به خانواده/ به افراد مجرد در صورتی که فقط آقا یا خانوم باشند اجاره داده می شود/ استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ولی در حیاط مانعی ندارد / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / کودکان زیر 7 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود/ ورود با کفش ممنوع است / هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه بر عهده میهمان می باشد / مدت زمان اجاره این واحد سنتی به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهیانه است / حداقل مدت اقامت 1 شب و حداکثر مدت اقامت 30 شب می باشد / برای رزرو در روزهای معمولی از 1 روز ، آخرهفته 4 روز ، تعطیلات و ایام نوروز از 2 هفته قبل اقدام نمایید / حداقل رزرو در ایام نوروز ، تعطیلات و آخرهفته 1 روز می باشد / برای رزرو این خانه سنتی حداقل تعداد نفرات برای پذیرش 4 نفر می باشد .

For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s check in time on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
