دعوا و مشاجره ممنوع / کودکان زیر 10 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در تراس - حیاط بلامانع ) است / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه و هفتگی می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت 3 هفته است / تحویل کلید این اقامتگاه 24 ساعته می باشد / درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی حداقل از یک روز و حداکثر یک هفته قبل نیز امکان پذیر است / جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام تعطیلات تقویمی ، نوروز و فصل تابستان از یک هفته قبل اقدام شود / این اقامتگاه در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات امکان لغو رزرو ندارد و در صورت کنسلی هیچ مبلغی عودت داده نمی شود .

For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s check in time on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
