اجاره به خانواده / اجاره به زوجین / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / به همراه داشتن کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) کارت ملی و شناسنامه هر دو الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع است.
_ آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 11 شب می باشد .
_ درخواست رزرو برای میهمانان گرامی از 10 روز و یک هفته قبل امکان پذیر است .
_ رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد .
_ در ایام آخر هفته حداقل درخواست رزرو 2 روز می باشد .
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in, 15% of the total booking amount will be deducted and the rest refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before check-in, 15% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the first night will not be refunded. If the guest leaves earlier than planned, after deducting 15% of the total amount and the cost of the nights remaining after 24 hours from the cancellation notice, the balance will be refunded to the guest.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
