رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / ورود حیوانات خانگی به داخل ویلا ممنوع است فقط در محوطه مجاز است / کودکان زیر 5 سال هزینه دریافت نمی شود / استعمال دخانیات ( قلیان ، سیگار و ... ) در فضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع ( در محوطه بلامانع ) است / در صورت هرگونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه هزینه برعهده میهمان است / فقط کلید ویلا تحویل میهمان داده می شود و درب اصلی مجتمع نگهبان دارد / درب اصلی مجتمع از ده شب بسته می باشد و برای ورود و خروج باید با نگهبان هماهنگ شود / آخرین ساعت تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 10 شب می باشد / رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / حداقل مدت زمان اقامت یک شب و حداکثر مدت زمان اقامت بدون محدودیت است / میهمانان گرامی جهت درخواست رزرو حداقل از یک هفته قبل اقدام نمایید / جهت درخواست رزرو در ایام نوروز از یک ماه قبل اقدام شود / در ایام نوروز و تعطیلات لغو رزرو طبق شرایط کنسلی سخت سایت پذیرفته است .

Cancellation provisions(Moderate)
For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s check in time on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
