در ایام نوروز در صورت کنسلی از سوی مهمان امکان کنسلی وجود ندارد / قیمت با صبحانه است / رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع است / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است ( در آلاچیق و فضای مشخص شده امکان پذیر است ) / هنگام استفاده از سرویس بهداشتی حتما باید از دمپایی تعبیه شده در داخل سرویس بهداشتی استفاده شود/ ورود به طبقه سوم این مجموعه بومگردی اکیداً ممنوع است .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
