باغ و ویلا استخر دار در بلوار معلم رامسر این باغ و ویلا با متراژ 400 متر دارای 2 اتاق خواب ، دو تخت دو نفره و دو عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک بالش و پتو) و در طبقه همکف واقع شده است.

حداقل رزرو2 شب می باشد /رزرو این ویلا به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی و ماهانه می باشد / امکان تحویل کلید این ویلا 24 ساعته می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر 5 روز قبل می توانند این ویلا را رزرو کنند / کلید درب ورودی ویلا و ریموت تحویل میهمان داده می شود.
برپایی جشن ممنوع است.
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
