ویلا ساحلی در رستم رود نور این ویلا با متراژ 250 متر دارای دو اتاق خواب در طبقه همکف واقع شده است.
امکانات خواب این باغ ویلا دو تخت دونفره و دو عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک بالشت پتو) و سیستم سرمایشی اسپیلت و گرمایشی شوفاژ می باشد.
