روزهای تعطیلات رسمی حداقل رزرو دو شب می باشد / اجاره فقط به خانواده / اجاره به زوجین / به مجرد اجاره داده نمیشود /کارت شناسایی الزامیست /
همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع /ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / استعمال دخانیات (سیگار ،قلیان و...) درفضای داخلی اقامتگاه ممنوع است .
حجاب اسلامی (خانوم و آقا) در محوطه ای مجتمع رعایت شود .
کودک زیر 5 سال تا (دو کودک )جزء ظرفیت حساب نمی شود.
