منزل ویلایی در بلوار امام رضا لاهیجان این منزل ویلایی با متراژ 120 متر دارای دو اتاق خواب یک تخت تک نفره و دو تخته دو نفره و دو عدد کف خواب سنتی (تشک بالش پتو ) می باشد .

رزرو این اقامتگاه به صورت روزانه ، هفتگی می باشد / آنتن دهی موبایل و اینترنت این اقامتگاه با اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل بسیار خوب است/ رعایت نظافت الزامیست / کارت شناسایی (هوشمند) الزامیست / برپایی جشن ومهمانی ممنوع ،فقط باهماهنگی میزبان / ارائه مدرک محرمیت الزامیست / همراه داشتن حیوان خانگی ممنوع/ آخرین زمان تحویل کلید به میهمانان گرامی ساعت 17 می باشد/ میهمانان گرامی حداکثر 2 روز می توانند این اقامتگاه را رزرو کنند / کلید درب ورودی اقامتگاه تحویل میهمان داده می شود /حداقل رزرو این اقامتگاه یک شب می باشد/در صورت هر گونه خسارت وارده به اقامتگاه ، هزینه برعهده میهمان می باشد/دعوت کردن میهمان ممنوع است .
If the guest cancels 5 days or more before check-in, 15% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before check-in, 15% of the total stay will be deducted, the first night is non-refundable, and only 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded. In case of early departure, after deducting 15% of the total amount, 50% of the remaining nights after 24 hours from cancellation will be refunded.
Up to 1 Child Under 5 is Free of Charge.
